I had a mixed experience with Flatbox.co. While the products I ordered were of good quality and arrived on time, the customer service was lacking. I had some questions about my order and it took a while to get a response. However, once I did receive a response, the issue was resolved satisfactorily. Overall, I would still recommend Flatbox.co for their products, but their customer service could be improved.
