I did like this company a lot but from an employee...

I did like this company a lot but from an employee point of view it isn t that great. I work for classic for a while now, however a new manager came into play and treated me very unfairly, and I m the one who was let go. I worked at Wilton house condominiums, part time of the weekend, then I worked full time 3-11. Came to work on time, dressed professionally and did everything correctly. Only problem was I had dread locs. So out of nowhere the new manager called me on a Friday and said I will not continue to be full time anymore and replaced me with someone who never been a concierge not only that they gave me NO NOTICE until that Friday night, And had me train the person taking my shift. Not only that, once I began my weekend shift again. The new manager told the other managers some kind of lie about me and I was never called back for any jobs again (basically fired) but they didn t officially fire me. That was back in feb-March 2018 and now it is November 2018. MORAL OF WHAT I AM SAYING IS WATCH YOUR BACK AT THIS COMPANY. You can be a excellent employee but if you don t look how they want you to look they will treat you like your nothing.
