I have been a customer of Auto-Owners Insurance Company for a while now and I must say that their service is average at best. While they have always been prompt in handling my claims and their rates are competitive, there is nothing exceptional about their service. The website is basic and lacks some advanced features offered by other insurance companies. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance provider.
