I booked a room with a king bed and when I got to my room it was 2 full bed. The desk clerk told me that it's Hilton policy that they only guarantee a room but not preferences such as type of bed. It is a 'first come first serve' and since my check-in was at 12am they did not have any king size beds left. When I asked to cancel since the bed was a must for me, a room just magically just checked-out and clean.

On top of that, the elevators take about 5 minutes to get you. The vent fan in the bathroom is always on and always loud.

Other than the deception, stay was not bad.
