Hellmi is an average company. Their website hellmi.eu provides some useful information, but overall they lack innovation. The user interface could use some improvements. It's not great, but not terrible either. They have an OK product selection. Customer service is decent, but nothing exceptional. I would recommend them if you don't have other options.
