I am a customer of Onjax and I have had an average experience with them. The customer service was decent and the website was easy to navigate. However, I did encounter some technical issues with the site and had to reach out to support for assistance. They were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner, but it was still frustrating. Overall, I would say that Onjax is an okay company to work with, but there is room for improvement.
