This is my first experience having to deal with a company that provides these types of services and I just have to say I m grateful this is where the wind blew me. I had absolutely no idea not a clue what to look for or how to choose a PCA provider. This was my first go at it and I was referred there by a friend. What a blessing!!! Denise made it so easy and I immediately felt comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Having to admit you need help is never an easy thing and it s scary to think of a stranger coming into your home to help you do the things you can t on your own. I do have someone that I know that will be my PCA for awhile which is another blessing that I am so grateful for. But YES if you re looking for any of the services this company has to offer look no further and ask for Denise you will be so happy you did. She s friendly, efficient, listens to your needs, walks you through the process and gets things started for you and she does it with a smile. Thank you Advanced Care Inc!!
