I've been using Legacy Cast Iron pans for a while now, and I must say they are exceptional. The quality is top-notch, and the heat distribution is unbeatable. I can sear meat perfectly and get those beautiful grill marks. The pans are also very easy to clean, thanks to their smooth surfaces. Legacy Cast Iron has definitely exceeded my expectations.
