I had an average experience with Escape to Mallorca. The website was easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. However, the villa I stayed in was not as impressive as I had expected based on the website description. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an okay vacation, but I was a bit disappointed.
