I recently worked with Total Fleet Service and overall, it was an okay experience. The team was professional and courteous, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The communication could have been better, and at times, it felt like my concerns weren't being fully addressed. However, they did manage to get the job done and resolve the issue I had. I would consider using their services again, but I hope to see improvements in their communication.
