I really enjoy going to kickboxing at John Wai. It's been about a month now and I've already seen results. Every class I feel challenged by the instructors. Coming from the studio in Jacksonville, where I've been kickboxing for a little over a year, I was not expecting to find another great studio in south Florida. I look forward to seeing what the future kickboxing classes have to offer and I am super excited for the upcoming activities, i.e. DJ night. I also love that I get to try other classes, such as Striking, which are included with my membership. Definitely check out John Wai!!!
