I recently used Parking Cloud's service and I have to say, it was average. The booking process was simple and straightforward, but when I arrived at the parking lot, there were no available spots. I had to wait for almost an hour before a spot opened up. This was quite frustrating, especially considering I had a tight schedule and was in a rush. However, once I finally parked, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. Overall, an average experience with some room for improvement.
