I had the opportunity to collaborate with Otter on a web design project, and I must say they did a satisfactory job. While there were some minor hiccups along the way, overall, the team was responsive and delivered a functional website. However, there were a few areas where I felt improvements could have been made. Despite the shortcomings, I still believe that Otter is a reliable option for web development services.
