Disappointing experience. I spoke to someone over the phone to book a PCR Covid test for travel. Made it very clear we needed the 24 hour "VIP-Covid Test" for $300 that is offered on their site, asked many times to be really sure this is what was booked - I was reassured this was indeed the same test booked. Showed up to the appointment and it was the 72h standard Covid test that was booked, they could not provide the 24h Covid test at this site, nor could they rebook me as it's a different team that does the 24h tests. There is no direct line to contact the team that does the "VIP" 24h tests, you have to call the standard line and leave your number to be called back. I got a call back (even though they said my call back number was flagged as urgent) only after I was back in Canada over 36 hours later. Found another solution for our Covid tests that was way more reliable and professional.
