Horrible experience. Here for business with a colleague and they told us they were upgrading our rooms and placed us in rooms on 7th floor with no prior notice, on website, Marriott app, or in person that they hotel is going through room renovations. They construction noise was unbelievably loud and after multiple request that ended up in a demand, I was moved to a different room. The construction noise continued in this now third room and I was then told the construction would end at 6:30pm. After complaining again, we decided to make reservations at another Marriott and checked out. While checking out, the manager apologized but we were still charged full hotel rate. After 45 minutes of complaining, she said they would waive surcharges and fees. The staff at this hotel are wonderful, food great, but management is a problem I m not providing notice of construction and poor customer service in making things right. Probably a good experience when they are finished with construction and if noting requires management to solve a problem or makes things right.
