Not a good experience. I was given a player's card. Never used the free play. Was told I had to contact the player's club from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. The kiosk take too long to dispense money. I was just able to get a water. Then was told they had to take my water for 15 minutes. I was thirsty. The workers were not able to watch the machine I was on. So I could use the bathroom. The chairs are uncomfortable. Nice looking casino. But the guest service is not good.
