I had a mixed experience with Axis360 Surgical. The customer service was excellent, but the product quality was average. The website was easy to navigate and place an order. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was great. However, the product did not meet my expectations. It felt cheaply made and did not perform as well as I had hoped. Overall, it was an average experience.
