I had an average experience with The J. Morey Company, Inc. Insurance Agents and Brokers. The customer service was okay, but I felt that the overall communication could have been better. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I was not completely satisfied with the coverage options available to me. Overall, it was an average experience.
