I have had both good and bad experiences with Shopping Nova America. On one hand, the website is well-designed and offers a wide range of products. On the other hand, the customer service can be inconsistent and there have been instances where my orders were delayed without any notice. Overall, it's a decent company but could improve in certain areas.
