I purchased a Jacuzzi Primo shower wand. The bracket that holds the wand is inferior engineering. It is the one part that gets tugged, twisted, pulled, and pried on during day to day operation. Yet, Jacuzzi makes this bracket out of plastic. Further, the wand is held poorly in place. I will not be buying anymore Jacuzzi manufactured items.
