I went to True North because I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I stayed for 5 weeks which included a 21 day fast as well as a re-feed. I really was stunned by how quickly my body responded to the fasting. My pain and stiffness disappeared and I was able to avoid the toxic medications which had been recommended. I have been able to get back into hiking and swimming, my home diet has completely changed and my overall health is tremendously better.

The staff and medical personnel are attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The food is fantastic and satisfying. The camaraderie between the patients makes the experience truly effective and rewarding.

I strongly recommend True North to anyone who wants to take control of his/her health. I have already suggested visits to several family members and friends.
