I had a mixed experience with Highlands College, Jersey. The courses offered are decent, but the teaching quality can be hit or miss. Some instructors were very knowledgeable and engaging, while others seemed uninterested and unprepared. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, but the campus can be quite crowded at times. Overall, I would say it's an average college.
