Where do I start?!?! What a smooth wonderful experience! Refereed from a friend who recently bought their car here, we went to look for one for myself. It is very busy so we had to wait for a salesman. Since they were all occupied Mr.Boggs, the big dog, came down from upstairs to help us look. It was quite the search but he was very very nice and such a fun guy. We found one that at first I didn't even think I could afford because it was sooo nice. I left and came back the next day. Unfortunately, he had to leave us with Patrick in sales who is really a boring arrogant salesman who did not seem to be happy, kind, or fun. The real magic maker is Greg Holland in the finance department....WOW!!! My credit is not very good so I was not expecting him to be able to get me approved with such a low rate. But he promised he could, and he did! Such a nice man who works very hard to make sure everyone leaves happy. Greg is THE BEST out there. Overall this experience was more than pleasant. It was not high stress, they did not call me a bunch of times or try to pressure me into anything; they just said "come in when you are ready and we will make it happen for you".....and they did! If you have bad credit be prepared to put some money down and they can do it for you too. Just stay away from Patrick because he sucks.
