I had an average experience with Bean Automotive Group. The staff was friendly, but I felt like they could have been more attentive to my needs. The negotiation process took longer than expected, and there were some misunderstandings along the way. However, I eventually got the car I wanted at a decent price. The after-sales support has been satisfactory. Overall, the experience was okay, but I expected a bit more.
