I recently had the opportunity to interact with the staff at Polk County BOCC, and I must say, the experience was average. The customer service was acceptable, but nothing exceptional. The website, polk-county.net, was easy to navigate and provided relevant information. However, I did encounter a few issues while trying to find specific documents on the site. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
