I had a mixed experience with Csx. Some aspects of their service were great, but there were also some issues that I encountered. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information, which was a positive aspect. However, I had some difficulty reaching their customer support team when I had a question. Overall, I would rate Csx as average.
