I had the pleasure of attending a retreat at Ayuryoga International and it was a wonderful experience. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The yoga classes were excellent and the Ayurvedic treatments were very relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat!
