I put down a deposit for my wife and I to jump but were never able to actually jump due to weather and now the COVID pandemic getting in the way. The first year I asked for a refund due to me possibly having to move due to being in the military and was denied...understandably since their website says no refunds allowed. COVID happened and I moved before the season would of opened. I wrote them an email asking for a another refund and explained my situation. They understood I tried my best to reschedule, and due to special circumstances I was able to get a refund without any drama. So in conclusion, I may have never jumped with them, but their office staff was very understanding and took care of me instead of only sticking to policy. Thank you, and if I ever move back to the area, I'll be placing another deposit to jump!
