I recently discovered this organization that offers support and advice for pre and postnatal depression. I must say, I'm impressed with Pandas foundation. Their website is easy to navigate, and the information they provide is helpful. The online support group was a great way for me to connect with other parents who have gone through similar experiences. Overall, I had a positive experience with Pandas foundation and would definitely recommend their services.
