Awful customer service. I made a dress shopping appointment here because they were at a bridal show and had my information and wouldn't stop calling me. I have to say, the woman who I made the appointment with was nice and I thought everything was fine. Until the day of the appointment. I called to let them know that we were running 15-20 mins late. The woman on the other end of the phone was so rude. She acted like I told her we were going to be 2 hours late or something. Apparently, they only book an hour for you to dress shop and try on dresses. I wasn't told that I'd only have an hour when I made the appointment. Like an hour? Seriously? I don't know how that's enough time to pick a dress. I was just so appalled that this staff member was so rude. My appointment was at noon, and she told me another bride had an appointment at 1 and we basically needed to leave by then. I asked if they can only serve one bride at a time and she said no they have 3 rooms for brides. I was confused because she said that once the other appointment started, we either had to leave or we'd be on our own in the store. She was very attitude-ish and I had to pull information out of her. Finally, I found out that she was the only one in the store, on a Saturday. I found that odd. I had her on speaker and one of my bridesmaids was with me and when I hung up the phone, I asked her what she thought. She told me she thought she was extremely rude as well and it wasn't worth going for just 40 minutes of half-assed attention. So I called my whole bridal party (who was supposed to be meeting me there) and told them what happened. We didn't go to the shop and we went to Maria's Bridal Connection instead where we were accommodated and treated very well, without an appointment. The kicker for me is my dad saw how upset I was about this place so he called to find out what happened and why that woman was so rude. She lied to him. Saying that I told her I didn't care what she had to do but I needed to be accommodated. No such words ever came out of my mouth and my dad knew she was lying because he knows I would never demand anything like that. I work in customer service and I don't speak to people that way. I even said to the lady on the phone that I was sorry but I was just trying to be courteous to let her know we were running late because I know how much it sucks when people run late and they don't bother to call. Anyway, another store got my $1500 and I won't recommend this place to anyone.
