I had an average experience with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA). While the service was satisfactory, there were some minor issues that were not resolved promptly. However, the staff were polite and attentive. I believe there is room for improvement, and I hope TRA takes steps to address the concerns of customers effectively.
