Techsmart services is an average company overall. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had some issues with my order and it took quite a while to get a response from their support team. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I would recommend them if you are looking for a budget option.
