I recently ate at a cozy diner in Moab and had a fantastic meal. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed their pancakes, they were light and fluffy. The staff was friendly and made sure that all my needs were met. I will definitely be returning to this diner on my next visit to Moab.
