The refund policy is 7 days, but i asked the refund after the 2nd class, as i could not follow the lecture and all the concepts were advanced, when asked for a refund, they stated that the policy only starts when we bought the course,

i wanted to buy the course before the start of the class but they told me the policy and offered a discount if i bought it 20 days prior,

so, this was the justification given, as the policy is 7 days after the sale, but not after the class start,

but! the problem started after the class started as i was not able to follow.

i thought this was unfair on their part.
