I encountered several issues with the service provided. The staff arrived later than scheduled, which disrupted my plans. Additionally, the cleaning did not meet my expectations—some areas were overlooked and not thoroughly cleaned. Communication could also be improved as it was challenging to get timely responses regarding my concerns. I expected a more professional approach based on the initial contact, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. Would not recommend.
