I had a mixed experience with Arts and Framing. While the quality of their work was good, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff didn't seem very friendly or attentive, and I had to wait longer than expected for my framing to be completed. Overall, I'm satisfied with the end result, but I think there is room for improvement in their service.
