I recently attended a college in Harstad, and I must say that I had a mixed experience. The college, Høgskolen i harstad, offers a wide range of courses, which is great. However, I felt that the teaching quality could be improved. The professors could be more engaging and provide clearer explanations. Overall, an average experience.
