I recently purchased some items from Bernie Guelig and overall, I had an okay experience. The quality of the products was decent, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable and it took a while to get the assistance I needed. However, the prices were reasonable and the delivery was prompt. I would consider shopping with them again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
