I have my home owners insurance through them. They just canceled me for none payment. They billed my mortgage company (as they are supposed to) for less than the normal premium due to COVID. Then they sent ME a bill for the remainder...they were supposed to send it to my mortgage company. My mortgage company is now working with them to resolve it but they did me a favor. After seeing all of these reviews and this experience I obviously need to find a different home insurance provider...one that knows how mortgages work.
