Very disappointed with this company. Had a case manager for several years. Had a good experience. She was pulled out from under me without appropriate closer or transition. I was given a new replacement case manager that I have had some unpleasant experiences with that should be unexceptionable by this agency. I have been left hanging for almost a month with no clear resolution in site. Seriously reconsider choosing this company if you don't want to be mishandled and neglected.
