Thames Travel booked us a once in a lifetime trip to Japan this year. The whole booking and planning process was such a joy, and both Claire and Christian were amazing at crafting our dream holiday, getting us the best deals and stepping us through the process.
Sadly 2020 has not brought us our holiday - but I can not rave enough about the wonderful service Claire and Christian have provided. Great, personalised updates and information about what was happening. Help with refunds and planned rebooking. What could have been a truly awful situation, given the amount of money involved, has been as stress free as I could imagine it to be. They have been so kind, during a time that must have been hugely stressful for them as a business - they have acted in a kind a professional manner. I can not recommend this business highly enough. I would book with Thames Travel every time, because I know how brilliant they have been during the hardest time. Thank you Claire and Christian - we will be booking with you again!
