Based on my experience with Johnson hill & Staffing is that they never took me in for an interview. Most temp agencies would give you the chance but since they have the best administrative jobs out there in my opinion, they will choose someone who has alot of experience in the field over someone with maybe only one year in administrative work. The lady I talked to clarified why I wasn't the best candidate for the jobs at the moment and how I can find the type of work I'm looking for before I apply to Johnson hill & staffing in the future. Though I was happy she was honest with me, I was unhappy that I wasn't given the chance for an interview for them to see who I was and the type of worker I really am. In my opinion it doesnt matter how much experience you have but what really matters is how hard you are willing to work to get what you want. I do hope Johnson hill & staffing will be open to less experienced candidates in the future to see they can achieve just as much expectations as qualified candidates.
