Unless NTN ranks higher than your children this isn t the job for you. If you can t work a certain shift they won t hire you. The training you get or lack there of is laughable at best. They want their 50 year old machines to pump out parts faster than newer equipment. You constantly breath in oil, 24/7. Fans, a/c s are all covered in oil. They allow their full time workers who make $16-23 per hour to stand around, talk for long periods of time, take longer breaks. If a temp who makes $10 per hour does it they will fire you. Don t use the lockers, they re filled with oil and if they do fire you, you will lose anything you leave in there. The gossip there is worse than any elementary school playground. Everyone there is back stabber! They ALL talk about each other behind their backs and purposely try to catch someone up. I m glad I no longer work there! I would never recommend this place for employment! Zoom in on the pictures and see for yourself. It s a disgusting place to work!
