I am a loyal customer of Losch, Thomas for many years now and I must say that their service is average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where they failed to meet my expectations. Their pricing is also on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market. Overall, I would say they are just okay.
