I was highly disappointed with the service provide...

I was highly disappointed with the service provided by Service & Support Ltd. The customer support was unresponsive and the technicians showed a lack of knowledge. It took them a long time to resolve my issue, and even then, it wasn't completely resolved. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
