I had a mixed experience with Britannia operator limited (bol.co.uk). The product I ordered was of good quality and delivered on time, but the customer support was not very helpful when I had an issue with my payment. They took a long time to respond and didn't offer a satisfactory solution. Overall, it was an average experience.
