I have been a customer of Rivercity Communications, Inc. for a while now, and I must say their services are just average. The internet speed is decent, but I have experienced occasional outages. The customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they are helpful, but other times they are not able to resolve my issues satisfactorily. Overall, Rivercity Communications is an average company.
