They ruin your clothes, they hide it from you hopi...

They ruin your clothes, they hide it from you hoping you don't know that's it hasn't been returned. They don't return phone calls. They don't follow through with your return of payment for the clothes they damaged. There is absolutely no management even though Amy seems to call herself a manager. Some Dave guy owns it but no one knows if he arrives between 9-10 or 1pm. By far the worst I've ever dealt with.
