I stayed in room 402, and I was working two expos weigh our company, both were great and the conference halls were fantastic.The problem was,
I can hear every time the elevators were working. Sounded terrible and killed my sleep. It was like a train in the next room. I dropped something under the bed and found a half Pepsi from previous guests and called to get it removed (no one came) and finally the shower dribbled water.
When I checked out, the staff didn't listen to my complaint at all. Not sure if me or our company will be back
