I have been using Pplsi's services for over a year now and I must say, it has been an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are competitive. However, the customer service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate Pplsi as average.
